Workshop on Examination Stress Management - VIII

An interactive workshop on 'Examination Stress Management' was conducted in the Hansraj Hall of VVDAV Public School for class VIII students to ensure that students appearing for the Final exams are not burdened by stress and anxiety.
The resource person, Mr Krishnan , an adviser in NITI Aayog, provided the students with valuable tips to ease their exam stress. He guided the students to remain positive while preparing for exam and to consider every topic to be easy. He solved their stress related queries; advised them to take small breaks in between; and to recall the topic learnt before resuming to revise further.
The students seemed to be happy after the workshop as they looked confident and stress free.
