AAROHAN - Annual Prize Distribution(2018-19)

Veda Vyasa DAV Public School organized Aarohan-- the Annual Prize distribution function to fecilitate the Academic Achievers of class VI to XII. On this great occasion , Dr N.K Uberoi, The Vice-President of DAV College Managing Committee graced the function as The Chief Guest .
The programme commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp followed by a Novel Cultural Fiesta with melodious songs and rythemic dances with the theme of 'World Peace' captivated the audience.
The colourful and spectacular dance forms from Classical fusion of India ,Tango of Spain, Hand Dance of Thailand, Salsa of Latin America to Russian Ballet became the high light of the function.
The chairman of the school gave away the prizes to the meritorious students and congratulated them for their outstanding performance in academics .The students were inspired by his motivational words and encouraged to continue to forge ahead to acquire greater success in life.
The Principal of the school Mrs. Chitra Nakra also extended her good wishes to the achievers for their extraordinary performance and exhorted them to be responsible and enlightened citizens of the nation.
The vote of thanks was proposed by the Supervisory Incharge Mrs. Sonia Malik. She thanked the all the teachers whose honest efforts and hardwork culminated in the students Academic excellence.
She also extended her hearfelt thanks the entire creative team who worked diligently on the stage and behind it to make the programme a gala success.
