Bal Swachta Abhiyan

Bal Swachta Abhiyan is a mission launched as a part of the sanitation initiative in order to imbibe cleanliness habits among children through games ,storytelling and various creative activities. Keeping this in view "Bal Swachta Abhiyan "was celebrated in the Nursery wing of Veda Vyasa D.A.V Public School under the able guidance of Mrs.Anju Singh the Supervisory Incharge.

The following were the highlights -

1.Trash into Flash-On 25.9.18 this activity was taken up in Pre School,Pre Primary and Class 1.Various articles were prepared by the cherubs of these classes using waste material.The little ones gave a vent to their creativity, and enthusiastically made a bunny rabbit from a used bottle etc.

2.Show and Tell-On 26.9.18 Show and Tell on personal hygiene was taken up in Pre School,Pre Primary and Class 1.The little ones spoke confidently on personal hygiene individually. This activity enhanced their communication skills.

3.Cleanliness Crusade-On 27.9.18 this activity was taken up in Pre School,PrePrimary and Class 1.The little ones wore their father's old shirt/t shirt and with a duster they cleant up their classes.

The "Bal Swachta Abhiyan"was a very successful event and the students whole heartedly participated in it.
