The DAV United Festival was held between 21st December 2018 to 23rd December 2018 at the Indira Gandhi Center for Arts,Janpath.The impetus was to integrate the alumni from all the DAV institutions and furnish them with a platform to manifest their skills. A spectacular exposure was provided to the alumni,students, teachers and parents. A plethora of breathtaking performances on stage,panel discussions, stand up comedy, educational stalls, photo gallery,fashion show etc had  an artistic as well as an innovative approach.

Under the able guidance of our reverent principal,Ms. Shalini Arora, the parents, teachers,alumni and students of Veda Vyasa DAV public school participated in the festival with great zeal and enthusiasm.

Deep Anand, a student of class X, a budding astronomer and writer and recipient of honors at the national and international level in this field,also recruited by the European Space Agency and shortlisted among 5000 candidates from all over the world for image processing, enchanted the visitors with his in depth knowledge of astronomy.

The Commerce students of class XI who were given training in the Punjab National Bank participated in the utsav by sharing their knowledge and interacting with the visitors at the PNB stall.

Over the years, VVDAV fraternity has produced successful alumni in various fields. They exhibitted their extraordinary talent which has made us all proud. Gaurav Salwan-an eminent Zumba expert, Tanisha Sachdeva – a budding singer, Shashank – an aspiring dancer mesmerized the audience with their scintillating performances!

Our Distinguished Alumni Celebrity performers who stole the hearts of the audience:

Naina Arora - a famous makeup artist, was the official makeup artist and hair stylist at the fashion arena.

Shraey Khanna - an International fame artist who represented India in the American TV show on Fox and Italian TV show in Europe captivated one and all with his enchanting dance acts.

Millind Gaba- a singer and rapper,music director,actor,composer and lyricist  who gave an electrifying performance at the Festival.

Their presence left the audience spellbound .True to its name, the DAV United Festival provided a unique opportunity for all present and past DAVians to meet and share their experiences.
