Foundation Day

Veda Vyasa DAV Public School organized a special assembly in the school premises on the occasion of Foundation Day of the school. To commemorate this day a hawan was organised amid the chanting of mantras. Various cultural programs were organised to mark the occasion.
The school band mesmerized the audience with their power packed performance. The Junior School presented full throated rendition of 'Kar koshishen 'The teachers and the students paid glorious tributes to the school and pledged that they would work diligently and take their alma mater to further heights of glory.
The Principal Mrs. Shalini Arora addressed the students and congratulated them on the occasion and recalled with pride, the growth of the institution since it's inception. She thanked the chairman of the school Dr N. K.Uberoi, the Manager, Mr S.K Jain and the Founder Principal ,Mrs. Chitra Nakra for their immense and invaluable contribution in establishing this temple of learning.
The Principal also exhorted the students to Aspire,Act and Achieve their desired goals. Sweets and prasad were distributed to the students on this auspicious occasion.The celebrations culminated with the DAV anthem.
