Investiture Ceremony

The Primary Wing of Veda Vyasa DAV Public School, Vikas Puri held its investiture ceremony for the session 2019-20 recently. The ceremony marked the election of the new Junior Council with great pomp and zeal. Principal Ms. Shalini Arora administered the oath of service to the newly elected council members along with the head boy, the head girl and the vice heads. Akshaj Tiwari and Prishha Mahajan were elected as the Head Boy and the Head Girl whereas Dhairya Nandraj Yog and Kaina Sehgal took over the roles of their deputies. The council members took a pledge to uphold the lofty ideals of the institution and promised to fulfill their responsibilities with utmost sincerity and dedication. Principal Ms Shalini Arora, in her address to the students and the council members reiterated the importance of self discipline and integrity in maintaining the decorum and ethos of the institution . She also urged the students to be morally responsible, humane and honest in their pursuit  for excellence. On this august occasion, the Supervisory In-charge of the wing, Ms Kavita Dewan also showered her blessings and best wishes to the council members.
