INTACH FILMIT FESTIVAL 

The FilmIt Delhi Festival 2020 was organised by Heritage Education and Communication Service (HECS) of INTACH at the India International Centre (IIC), New Delhi on the 6th of February. Students from over 35 schools were a part of the project this year.

Our students and two teachers were felicitated with certificates and awards. The school got two awards for the movies in the following categories-

Best Camerawork- Thekua - a cuisine from Bihar made by Srijan Thakur of class X

Best Initiative - Our Green World - made by Priyanshu and Sehajpreet singh of class X

The guests for the occasion were Mr. K. N. Srivastava, Director, India International Centre; Mr. Pradip Bagchi, renowned journalist and Senior Editor at Times of India; Mr. Rupin Dang, filmmaker, writer, naturalist and entrepreneur, Mr. Faisal simon, film director & producer and director of Gen Next Actors's studio, Lady Helen Hamlyn, founder of The Helen Hamlyn Trust, Dr. shobhita Punja, renowned art historoan and former director and founder of HECS and Lt. Gen. L. K. Gupta, chairman INTACH.

Lady Hamlyn said it was an enormous pleasure to see the work of students and asked them to use media for good causes.
