International Dance Day
Dance is the conversation of the body with the soul.As an art form it has been an integral part of Indian culture and heritage since ancient times.The diverse culture of India exquisitely treasures a wide variety of folk and tribal forms that vary in style of different regions.In it's TRUE sense dance is a great source of boosting creativity,imagination and confidence.
Therefore the Nursery Wing of V.V.D.A.V.PUBLIC SCHOOL.VIKASPURI,conducted an online "Dance Presentation" ,on 29th April 2020 ,which is also the "International Dance Day."The students of each class from Pre School,Pre Primary and Class 1 displayed their brilliant dancing skills. They sent videos of their dance to their class teachers.Later on the best videos were shortlisted by Mrs.Anju Singh the Supervisory Incharge along with the dance teacher.They were then displayed on the school's Facebook page.
Even in this time of lockdown when the Country is fighting against "Corona",the children were in high spirits and participated enthusiastically in this unique online"Dance Presentation ".
