On *November 24, 2023*,
*VV DAV Public School* organized an engaging workshop in “Art enrichment” centered around the theme of “Christmas” for Grade-3. The workshop aimed to foster creativity and skill development among the students through various artistic activities to explore and express the festive spirit of Christmas. Students enthusiastically participated in drawing and coloring sessions, Christmas craft projects, paper rolling work, and crafting their favorite Christmas-themed items.
The workshop emphasized the development of key skills essential for a child’s holistic growth. These included free-hand drawing to encourage artistic expression, fine motor skills for precision, eye-hand coordination for improved dexterity, thinking and imaginative skills to stimulate creativity, and cutting and pasting skills for hands-on craftsmanship.The students thoroughly enjoyed the hands-on activities and demonstrated active participation throughout the workshop. Their enthusiasm and joy were evident as they immersed themselves in the creative process, bringing their unique interpretations to the Christmas theme.
