Pre-School Orientation Programme

Under the guidance of our principal ,Mrs. Shalini Arora ,an orientation program was organised for the parents of new admission of Pre School at VVDAV public School. The program commenced with the warm welcome to the parents ,followed by the ceremonial lighting of the lamp. The main aim was to familiarise the parents as partners in education , with the curriculum, rules and regulations of the school, teaching methodologies, co- scholastic activities and parenting tips .Our honorable Principal, Mrs. Shalini Arora addressed the parents and laid stress on effective communication between the facilitators and Parents.The supervisory incharge of junior wing, Mrs. Anju Singh briefed the parents about school rules, infrastructure and gave guidelines about effective parenting also. It was followed by a session taken by senior wing incharge and school counselor Mrs Kavita Diwan who guided the parents about various principals involved in the teaching of life skills.It was a fruitful meeting and parents were in high spirits after attending the orientation program.
