CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION- NURSERY WING
Christmas is for joy,for giving and sharing.Soaking in the spirit of Christmas the tiny tots of the Nursery Wing ,under the able guidance of Mrs.Anju Singh the Supervisory Incharge celebrated Christmas from a virtual platform on 24.12.20 with gaiety.
The teachers and the children were dressed up in red and white.
The story of Christmas was shown to all the children of Pre School,Pre Primary and Class 1.This was followed by a quiz session.The children were overjoyed to play games like Santa says and Christmas Bingo etc.Yummy snacks made by mothers and muffins cake ,chocolates etc were another enjoyable part of the celebration.Children enjoyed their favourite snacks.There was a virtual visit by Santa( who was none other than the class teacher),children were overjoyed to see him and a 'Gift hunt' followed.The children had to locate a gift hidden by their parents.In the end the children had a dance session and they sang"We wish you a merry Christmas and a happy new year."
To inculcate the spirit of sharing the students were encouraged to distribute gifts to the less privileged people.The boundless joy of celebrating the festival was visible in the faces of the children.
