INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY 

VVDAV Public School witnessed an enthusiastic International Yoga Day celebration in its premises on 21 June 2022. The students, parents and teachers all performed Surya Namaskar and different Yoga Asanas which were demonstrated by yoga teacher Ms Anita Sharma and the alumnus Sujal - a national level Yoga winner. They all participated in the celebration upholding the great yogic culture of our motherland. The Principal Ms Shalini Arora explained the benefits of doing yoga and pranayama in her address and motivated everyone to keep practicing yoga for a healthy body and mind. In the end, the participants of Surya Namaskar Competition which was held from 6.6.2022 to 13.6.2022 were awarded with certificates of appreciation.
