Chief guest on the occasion, DCP West Zone , Mr. Ghanshyam Bansal, IPS and his spouse Ms. Shweta Aggarwal Bansal hoisted the national flag with the blessings of the Chairman Dr. N K Uberoi and the Manager Mr. S K Jain . Addressing the students the Principal Mrs. Shalini Arora exhorted students to follow the core values of Arya Samaj and the school by nurturing a zero conflict world, excellence all around and building a united nation.
Other dignitaries present on the occasion were Sh. Satish Jindal, an educationist , philanthropist and entrepreneur along with his spouse Mrs. Deepa Jindal . Sh. Pankaj Arora, an industrialist and a public figure also graced the occasion.
The students began the show by painting the tricolor on all hands . The school junior and senior choir mesmerised the audience with their indigenous songs. Poems of valour were recited by the students. The head boy Vaibhav Saxena enthralled the audience with his firebrand oratory .
Scintillating dance performances depicting the indian heritage and the bravery of the indian army kept the audience spellbound . The special needs children also highlighted their love for the nation with a dance performance.
